Andre Rahaman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and operational excellence within the financial services sector. Currently serving as AVP - Strategy & Transformation and Business Enablement Domain Lead at Sun Life, Andre oversees the design and delivery of the Target Operating Model and strategic priorities for the Client Contact Centre and Investment Operations. Prior to this, Andre held leadership positions at Capital One, where responsibilities included developing Payments Modernization strategies and leading Lean and Agile transformations. Andre's tenure at Tangerine involved driving deposit growth strategies and leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
