Brian Lum

Brian Lum, MA, currently serves as AVP of RA&S Strategy at Sun Life, beginning in November 2023, where responsibilities include developing business strategy, leading strategy project execution, and monitoring Advisor compensation effectiveness in individual wealth and insurance. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Strategy& and various managerial positions at EY, focusing on business transformation, operations, and customer strategy. Earlier in the career, Brian held consulting roles at Capco and completed finance internships at PepsiCo Canada and Unilever. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and two degrees from Queen's University, including a Bachelor of Education and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
