Celia Wong

Celia Wong has extensive experience in data analytics and management across multiple leading financial institutions in Asia. Currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at Sun Life since September 2018, Celia leads the Data Analytics Center of Excellence in Asia, based in the Philippines. Prior to this role, Celia held various senior management positions at AIA Malaysia from December 2010 to August 2018, including managing agency registration and licensing, business analytics, and customer value management. Celia also worked at EON Bank Berhad, leading data quality management and analysis, as well as project management in data warehousing initiatives. Earlier career experience includes a senior associate role at AmBank Group, focusing on customer service operations and marketing analytics. Celia Wong holds a Bachelor of Science in IT Management from the University of Southern Queensland and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from the University of Cambridge.
