Curtis Young

Curtis Young is an experienced professional at Sun Life since May 2007, currently serving as Program Director for the Digital Enterprise CoE, where responsibilities include developing programs and managing Knowledge and Content Management channels to support Digital Enterprise transformation. Previously, as Director of the Global Brighter Way Centre of Excellence, Curtis was accountable for global practice standards in Lean Management, ensuring practitioners were skilled in methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen. Other notable roles include Director and Senior Consultant for the Brighter Way Management System, facilitating the implementation of Lean management principles, and earlier positions involving staff management and quality control. Curtis holds a BA in Communication, Psychology, and Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, attained between 2005 and 2009.
