Dana Parsons

Dana Parsons serves as the Director of Global Innovation and Partnerships at Sun Life since November 2022, focusing on supporting various business groups with an emphasis on emerging technology and client-centered solutions. Prior to this role, Parsons held multiple leadership positions, including Founder and CEO of Early Doors Ventures, Co-Founder of PhiasCo Collective and Brownie Points Inc., and Senior Director of New Ventures at Highline BETA, where important relationships were forged between startups and Fortune 500 companies. Additional experience includes managing high-growth technology firms at Genesis Centre and developing corporate strategies at Bennett Group of Companies. Dana Parsons possesses an MBA in Marketing/Sports Management from Nichols College and has a strong background in knowledge transfer and student leadership from prior roles at Memorial University.
