Dave Keirstead

Dave Keirstead is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer Canada and VP of Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence at Sun Life since January 2022. With extensive experience at Manulife from 2007 to December 2021, Dave held multiple positions including VP, Head of Advanced Analytics for the Canada Market, and various leadership roles in advanced and applied analytics. Prior to Manulife, Dave worked as a Planner at the Waterloo Region District School Board from 2002 to 2007 and as a GIS Analyst at GEOREF Systems Ltd. from 2000 to 2002. Dave holds degrees from the University of Waterloo and the University of Windsor, further underpinning a robust educational foundation in analytics and data management.
