Diem Phan

Diem Phan currently serves as the Associate Director of Leadership and Talent Development at Sun Life, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Diem Phan was with MM Mega Market Vietnam from May 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Head of Learning and Organization Development and Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Pharmacity from June 2016 to July 2019 and working as HR Business Partner at DKSH Co., Ltd. from June 2011 to May 2016. Diem Phan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Lincoln University, completed in January 2024.
