Erin Crump

Erin Crump is an accomplished executive in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Market Development and Growth at Sun Life since April 2025. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated focusing on Group Reinsurance and Business Initiatives from April 2021 to April 2025. Erin's career also features significant leadership positions at Green Shield Canada from August 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included Vice President of Individual and Mental Health and Director of Pricing & Corporate Analytics.
