Jeff Gilson PMP, CSM, ITIL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and application operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Sun Life since March 2024, Jeff previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at BMO, where responsibilities included relationship management and technology expertise to meet enterprise needs. At Sun Life from 2013 to 2023, Jeff transformed production support services as Director of SLC Application Operations and managed teams to enhance application operations and services. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Economical Insurance Group, focusing on application management services and technical leadership. Jeff is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems Management at The University of Salford, complementing earlier credentials in Data Processing and Computer Programming from Mohawk College and Humber College, respectively.
