Karen Keppel-Jones

Karen Keppel-Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application development and project management, currently serving as an Application Development Manager at Sun Life since December 2013. With a background that includes roles as an Agile Coach and IT Project Manager, Karen has demonstrated expertise in various methodologies and technologies related to business applications. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Sweet Adelines International as Region 16 Communications Manager, and a decade-long tenure as Webmaster and AV Support for the Canadian Showtime Chorus. Karen's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from owning two businesses focused on childcare and music education.
