Marion Godron, CRHA, ASC, C.Dir, currently serves as Assistant Vice-President of People & Culture Strategic Initiatives and HR Business Partner at Sun Life, a position held since January 2019. Marion has extensive experience in human resources, ranging from roles at Deloitte Canada as Senior Manager, where Marion led HR business partnering for consulting services, to positions at Sun Life Financial and Reitmans involving organizational development and HR strategy. Marion's previous roles include Senior Management Consultant at Robichaud Conseil and HR Consultant at Bell Canada, where Marion managed various HR projects and supported internal clients. Marion holds a Master’s degree in Human System Intervention and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources from Concordia University. Additionally, Marion contributes to the community as a Board Member for Habitat pour l'humanité Province de Québec.
