Melissa Tomko

Melissa Tomko is a seasoned user experience design professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Sun Life since November 2020, Melissa previously held positions including UX Manager at Endy, where leadership involved cultivating the Digital Experience Team to enhance digital interactions. Experience as an Experience Architect at Investors Group involved overseeing UX initiatives for a national B2B intranet system, while earlier roles at the University of Toronto included policy research and instructional support in design technologies. Melissa holds a Master's of Information in Knowledge Media Design and a Bachelor's of Science with a double major in Communication, Cultures, and Information Technology and Psychology. Additionally, a certificate in Digital Communications from Sheridan College complements Melissa's educational background.
