Nathan Lamberth

Nathan Lamberth has over 18 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Nathan currently holds the position of Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Sun Life Health, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Terros Health from 2019 to 2022 as the Integrated Clinical Site Director. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Senior Director of Family Services at Terros. Before joining Terros, Nathan worked at Community Providers of Enrichment Services as a Program Coordinator from 2011 to 2014, where they provided clinical supervision to counselors and consultants serving various populations. Nathan also served as the Clinical Care Director at Southwest Network from 2010 to 2011, where they supervised a team of clinicians and helped reduce wait times for families seeking behavioral health services. Nathan's experience also includes working as a Clinical Director at The New Foundation from 2008 to 2010, where they oversaw clinical programming for an adolescent residential treatment program. Prior to that, they were a Clinical Coordinator at Empact-SPC from 2004 to 2008, overseeing substance abuse intensive outpatient programs. Nathan began their career as a Counselor at the Center for Behavioral Health in 2004.

Nathan Lamberth obtained a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary between 2001 and 2003.
