Joarimar Lugo

Joarimar Lugo has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Joarimar started their career as a Molding Engineer at Corning Cable Systems, where they provided process and industrial engineering support for the injection molding operation. Joarimar then moved on to Nypro, where they served as Director of Operations & Lean Six Sigma, overseeing a large manufacturing operation. At Nypro, they were responsible for manufacturing operation scale-up, physical assets redistribution, and budgeting activities. After that, they joined Comar, LLC as Operations and Supply Chain Manager, where they managed operations, supply chain, maintenance engineering, and lean manufacturing for various molding processes. Joarimar is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sun Microstamping Technologies. Overall, Joarimar Lugo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in molding operations and supply chain management.

Joarimar Lugo attended the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering.
