Fernando Otero

Fernando Otero is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support operations and technical management. Currently serving as Data Privacy Director at Sun Nuclear since July 2007, Fernando formalized customer support procedures and ensured compliance with regulatory standards, including FDA and ISO audits. Prior to this role, Fernando held various positions at AirNet Communications from 1997 to 2007, including Director of the Customer Response Center, where a global support system was established. Earlier experience includes serving as Tech Support Manager at Dictaphone, where a 24x7 Call Center was created to support dealers in the Caribbean and Latin America. Fernando Otero holds a Master's degree in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts from Valencia Community College.
