Samuel Newstadt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and training within the medical equipment and technology sectors. Since July 2008, Samuel has served as a Product Training Engineer at Sun Nuclear Corporation, delivering product education and leading training programs for medical physicists. Previous roles at Sun Nuclear include Field Support Engineer and Field Service Support Specialist III, emphasizing end-to-end field support, problem resolution, and customer service excellence. Prior to Sun Nuclear, Samuel worked as a Field Service Technician at Beckman Coulter, a Biomedical Equipment Technician in the US Air Force Reserve, and offered IT consulting services. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Delaware and completed the U.S. Air Force Biomedical Equipment Technical Course.
