Tim Foster is an experienced professional in the mountain resort and tourism industry, currently serving as Chief of Mountain Operations and Director of Sports Programs and Activities at Sun Peaks Resort since September 2018. Tim has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing from September 2015 to September 2017, where focus was placed on operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Prior to that, Tim was General Manager at Beaver Valley Ski Club from December 2009 to August 2015, nurturing a family-oriented organization, and at Mt. Baldy Ski Corporation from December 2000 to November 2009. Educational background includes studies at Selkirk College and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Alongside these roles, Tim has been a Leadership Specialist at Foster Inc. since September 2017, dedicated to promoting growth in organizations within the tourism and hospitality sectors.
