Asheesh Malara

Asheesh Malara is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the fields of human resources, strategy, and transformation. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Sun Pharma since November 2022, Asheesh has previously held significant roles at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, IndusInd Bank, EY, and KPMG India, delivering impactful solutions in areas such as organization design, HR transformation, and talent management across various industries including banking, oil and gas, and media. Asheesh holds a Master's degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
