Darshan Khombhadia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as DGM HR at SUN PHARMA since December 2022, leading talent acquisition for both the India Pharma and Consumer Healthcare businesses. Prior to this role, Darshan worked at the LEGO Group as Manager, Talent APAC, and held key positions in talent acquisition at AkzoNobel, Mondelēz International, DHR International, Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an EPGDHRM in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
