Derick Bain

Derick Bain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Office of Data Reliability at Sun Pharma since May 2012, Derick Bain is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and certifying GMP data for a variety of regulatory submissions, while also managing SOP updates and training across the USA and India. Prior roles include Group Leader in Analytical Research and Development at SL Pharma Labs, Manager/Supervisor at RPS, and Chemist/Analytical Lead at Baxter Healthcare, where Derick Bain contributed to the development of generic products leading to FDA submissions. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Scientist at Fresenius Kabi and Group Leader at Magellan Laboratories. Derick Bain began academic pursuits at the University of Florida, where studies were undertaken from 1988 to 1991.
