Kapil Kumar has extensive experience in operational excellence, beginning with a role as Operational Excellence/Academy Coach at CEAT Limited from September 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included driving 5S, DWM, OEE monitoring, TPM, SMED, and quality circle projects.
