Karla Carpio

Karla Carpio is an experienced payroll and workforce services manager with a robust background in overseeing payroll operations and human capital management systems. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Services at SUN PHARMA since April 2024, Karla leads a team dedicated to supporting enterprise applications in HCM systems and manages payroll and HRIS for North America employees. Prior roles include Payroll Manager positions at Reckitt, Wiley, Demant, and TUMI, where responsibilities encompassed processing multimillion-dollar payrolls, filing taxes, and generating employee reports.
