Mike Rau

Mike Rau is a Senior Health and Safety Professional with extensive regulatory experience and a focus on cultivating a robust health and safety culture within industrial environments. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Health and Safety at SUN PHARMA, Mike was previously an Inspector at the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development, where they conducted inspections and investigated workplace incidents. They also held roles at Collins Aerospace, where they managed EHS programs for multiple global sites, and at Apotex Pharmachem Inc., where they were responsible for employee safety training and compliance. Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Brock University and a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Mohawk College.
