John Gerback

John Gerback is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader with a robust background in strategic management and operational excellence. They currently serve as the Head of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Cadista Pharmaceuticals, overseeing a facility with 350 employees, while also holding a senior management position at Curia. Their previous roles include managing EHS programs at organizations like Boehringer Ingelheim and DPT Laboratories, where they led significant initiatives that reduced accident rates and improved compliance with safety standards. Gerback holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Connecticut-Stamford and a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from the University of New Haven.
