Pawan Jain is the Senior General Manager of R&D at SUN PHARMA, where they lead a team of 21 research scientists in developing innovative and regulatory-compliant food, nutraceutical, and healthcare products. With over 26 years of experience in product manufacturing and new product development, Pawan has a strong background in formulation design, regulatory compliance, and project management. Previously, Pawan worked at Nestlé in various roles, including Senior Manager, where they contributed to multiple significant product launches and projects. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Technology from Rajasthan Agricultural University, where they graduated as a gold medalist.
