Pratik Bacche

Pratik Bacche has over a decade of extensive experience in supply chain management and planning across various industries, currently serving as the Lead for S&OP, Planning Excellence and Analytics at Sun Pharma since July 2020, managing a team responsible for global business operations in diverse markets. Prior to this role, Pratik held positions at McDonald's as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing customer service for numerous stores and optimizing food product costs, and at Unilever in various demand and supply planning roles for brands contributing significantly to company revenue. Early career experiences include logistics and export management at Sun Pharma, Classic Stripes Private Limited, and Rover Writing Instruments. Pratik holds a Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from Sathaye College.
