Rahul Jain

Rahul Jain is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR at SUN PHARMA since October 2022, Rahul previously held the position of AGM - HR at Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and worked as a Management Consultant at Panarc Consulting Group Pvt Ltd. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Human Resources at ITC Limited and Management Associate at Citibank India. Rahul’s career began with a summer internship at Reliance, followed by an Assistant Systems Engineer-Trainee position at Tata Consultancy Services, where Java development skills were utilized within an insurance domain project. Educationally, Rahul holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Information Technology from ITER.
