Sudhir Saxena is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and industrial engineering, currently serving as General Manager of Operational Excellence at Sun Pharma since 2012. With extensive experience in lean manufacturing, statistical tools, and continuous improvement initiatives, Sudhir has played a pivotal role in optimizing processes across multiple pharmaceutical formulation plants. Prior to Sun Pharma, significant contributions were made at BIRLA CENTURY and Indo Rama Synthetics, showcasing expertise in the textile sector.
