Karm Mann

Karm Mann is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at Sun Rich Canada since January 2024, managing HR and payroll support for locations in British Columbia and Ontario while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Previously, Karm worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Engineers and Geoscientists BC, contributing to key projects and initiatives from November 2021 to September 2023. Karm's career includes roles at Motorola Solutions, where analytical problem-solving and a compensation mapping project were notable achievements, as well as a progression through multiple HR positions at GLENTEL Inc. and an earlier role as an Employment Standards Officer with the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training.
