Jiji R. has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. JIJI began their career in 2002 as an Executive in Administration at The Travancore Heritage Beach Resort. JIJI then worked as a Reservations In Charge at Le Meridien Kovalam from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Senior Revenue Officer at Le Meridien Dubai. Jiji continued to work with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, taking on the role of Assistant Central Reservations Manager at Al Habtoor Group from 2007 to 2009. JIJI then worked as a Revenue Manager at Mohammad Omar Bin Haider Group - MOBH from 2009 to 2010. Jiji joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Revenue Manager from 2010 to 2012. JIJI then worked as a Cluster Revenue Manager at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group from 2012 to 2013. Jiji then joined Sun Siyam Resorts as a Cluster Revenue Manager from 2014 to 2016. JIJI continued to grow within the company, becoming the Cluster Director of Revenue Management from 2018 to 2019, the Cluster Director of Revenue & Distribution from 2019 to 2022, and currently serves as the Group Director of Revenue & Distribution for Sun Siyam Resorts.

JIJI R. began their education at Holy Angels Convent High School from 1983 to 1993, where they completed their secondary school education. JIJI then attended the University of Kerala from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2012, JIJI enrolled in ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) to pursue further studies in Accounts.
