Paul Middleton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul is currently the Communications and Marketing Lead Director at Sun Valley Community Church, where they develop digital strategies and creates tailored content to increase engagement and retention. Prior to this, they held the role of Creative Arts Director at Fountain Springs Community Church and was responsible for directing communications and design. Paul also served as the Creative Director at Orchard: Africa, managing all marketing and communication efforts for the organization. Paul has experience in sales as an Account Executive at Yelp.com and has interned with the Phoenix Suns, Oakland Athletics, and Arizona Diamondbacks, gaining valuable experience in website management, content development, and media relations.
Paul Middleton attended Arizona State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Communication & Recreation Management. In September 2021, they also obtained a Ministry License from Sun Valley Community Church.

Sun Valley first opened its doors in 1990 with a heart to reach people in Arizona who nobody was reaching with the good news that God loves us and that Jesus has provided the way for us to be restored in a relationship with Him. That is still who we are today. We are one church that meets in multiple locations across Arizona as well as online with the mission of "Helping People Meet, Know, and Follow Jesus." We believe that we are just getting started and the best is yet to come as we work together to help fulfill the mission that Jesus has given us.
