Jennifer R. Kuhlmann

Jennifer R. Kuhlmann is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with a focus on yoga and Pilates instruction. Since September 2019, Kuhlmann has been serving as a Yoga Pilates Fitness Instructor at Blaine County Recreation District and concurrently instructs at Sun Valley Company since May 2018. Previous roles include Yoga Instructor positions at Wood River Valley YMCA, IdaYoga, and Hot House Yoga, among others. Kuhlmann also has experience in sales and client advisory roles within the wellness sector, having worked for Nourish Me, Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, and Hammer Nutrition. Kuhlmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Utah and continued education at Utah State University.
