Chiranjib Pal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chiranjib started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Analyst and Software Developer, where they worked on developing a production planning system for a large steel company. Chiranjib then moved on to SBI Capital Markets Limited as a Manager before joining Nexgenix, Inc. as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. At Nexgenix, they led a team and was responsible for financial consolidation, reporting, and presenting financial models to VCs for fundraising.
Chiranjib Pal then transitioned to Equinox Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Finance and US Operations. Equinox was later acquired by i-flex and then Oracle. Chiranjib played a key role in the founding team, wearing the dual hat of VP Finance and US Delivery Head. Chiranjib developed business plans, financial models, and helped raise funds for the company. After the acquisition, they moved to Business Development and Client Management, developing solutions for financial services clients and managing large accounts.
Following their time at Equinox, Chiranjib Pal joined Oracle Financial Services Software Limited as the Vice President of Client Services and Operations. Chiranjib continued to work on developing solutions for financial services clients and managed accounts of commercial banks and global Wall Street firms.
In 2013, Chiranjib Pal became the CFO of HomeUnion, where they served until 2020. Chiranjib then joined Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. as the Vice President of Analytics. Currently, they are also an Advisor at QED and a Board Member of the Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative (MOBI).

Chiranjib Pal completed their education in a chronological manner. Chiranjib started their academic journey at St. Xavier's College from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained their High School degree. After that, they attended Jadavpur University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Lastly, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 1992 to 1994.
