Julie Perkins has over six years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Branch Manager and Loan Strategist at both Utopia Mortgage and Assurance Financial since May and June 2020, respectively. Additionally, Julie is a Branch Manager at UMortgage as of January 2023 and previously worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator at Red Diamond Home Loans, LLC from April 2018 to June 2020, along with experience as a Mortgage Banker at Cendera Funding from February 2016 to June 2017. Julie's focus has been on providing home loans and refinancing services to communities in Wise, Denton, and Tarrant Counties.
