Sheri Weber Smith is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Sun World International since May 2024, Sheri previously held similar roles at Exponential Power, The Vollrath Company, and Lamplight - The Tiki Brand, focusing on employee engagement, compensation structures, and culture transformation.
