Stephen Foster

Stephen Foster is a Doctoral Researcher at South East Technological University, focusing on the project "GABBI: Generation and Analysis of Bioplastics from and for the Brewing and Distilling Industry," addressing plastic pollution's impact on ecosystems and human health. As a Community Support Worker/Instructor at Sunbeam House Services since 2008, Stephen has developed care plans and provided support for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Additional roles include Associate Lecturer at SETU Lifelong Learning, as well as various positions in the brewing and distilling industry, including internships and operative roles at Waterford and Royal Oak Distilleries. Stephen's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Brewing and Distilling, a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning, and a Master of Science in Health/Medical Psychology.
