James Bacon

James Bacon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. James most recently served as the VP of Finance at Sunbelt Marketing Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, where they served as the Interim Business Unit President from 2021 to 2022, and as the Global Controller from 2019 to 2022. From 2005 to 2018, James worked as the CFO at ALTA Refrigeration, Inc. James also worked at Trane as an Assistant Controller from 1997 to 2005. James began their career in 1989 as a Medical Specialist in the Georgia Army National Guard. James also worked as a Staff Accountant at Wire and Cable Specialties, Inc. from 1995 to 1997, and as a Tax Field Agent at the Georgia Department of Revenue from 1994 to 1995. Throughout their career, James has gained experience in various areas, including finance, leadership, budgeting, compliance, and risk analysis.

James Bacon attended Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting. James has also obtained various certifications, including CPR/First Aid/AED, Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Georgia, Crestcom Bulletproof Manager, OSHA 30 Hour, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Trane Project Manager Professional.
