Brian Slipka is the CEO and Founder of True North Family of Companies, established in 2014, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes finance, logistics, and manufacturing services among others. In addition to leading True North M&A as Chairman and Founder since 2018, Slipka also serves as Founder and Partner at Honour Capital and holds the Chairman role at Sunbelt Business Advisors. As Managing Partner and Owner of Sioux Falls Canaries Baseball since 2021, previous experience includes key sales leadership positions at Winthrop Resources and a tenure at Oracle Corporation following its acquisition of PeopleSoft. Slipka founded Paradygm Equity Partners, LLC in 1998, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota.
