David Spencer

David Spencer is an experienced professional with a career spanning over two decades in the construction and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager and Installation Manager at Sunbelt Rentals UK since June 2020, David oversees the planning, delivery, installation, and removal of a diverse range of passenger and goods hoists. Prior to this role, David worked at HOIST IT LIMITED from October 2003 to March 2021, rising from a trainee hoist installer to the position of Hoist Installation, Health and Safety, and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes a decade at Telewest, where David was involved in the installation of multi-telephone systems and cable TV networks, contributing to significant projects throughout the North West, including at Everton’s Goodison Park and Preston’s Deepdale Park. David holds eight GCSEs from Whitley High School and possesses a NEBOSH qualification.
