Michael Lamothe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career in the US Army, where they served as a Captain in the Army National Guard. After their military service, they worked for American Power Conversion (APC) for over 17 years, holding various roles including Director of Business Development & Programs. During their time at APC, they were responsible for developing a third-party sales organization and managing global business development activities.

Michael then joined Thomas & Betts as Vice President of Cyberex Services and later became Vice President of Global Services for the Electrical Division. In these roles, they focused on business unit growth and integrating acquisitions.

Next, Lamothe joined Eaton Corporation as General Manager of North America Operations, leading sales growth in Power Distribution Systems and Services. Michael managed multiple district operation centers and plants.

As an independent consultant, Lamothe provided strategic consulting services to clients in various markets, including emergency lighting, power quality, and industrial sectors. Michael also served as President of Alpha Technologies, overseeing company operations and successfully transforming an underperforming business.

Currently, Lamothe is an Investor and a Senior Executive at Sunbelt Solomon, serving as the Executive Vice President of the Services Division.

Michael Lamothe has an MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University. Michael also has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, they have completed ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) with a focus on Military and Leadership at Providence College.
