Lucien Pillay

Lucien Pillay currently serves as the Head of Product at SunBet, a position held since May 2018, and previously held the role of Retention Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Lucien accumulated extensive experience at Verpakt Management Services from 2007 to May 2023, including roles as a Risk Analyst and Senior Retention Consultant. As a Senior Retention Consultant, responsibilities included driving revenue growth and developing promotional strategies to optimize customer engagement. Lucien holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert Group and a Short Course in Banking and Risk Management from the University of South Africa.
