Manorah Pais

Manorah Pais has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Manorah started their career at Loblaw Companies Limited as a Business Analyst for Business Process Management, where they supported process management transformation and worked on process improvement projects. Manorah then joined CIBC as a Process Analyst, where they improved processes and workflows using Lean Six Sigma concepts. After that, they became a Sr. Business Analyst at CIBC, where they developed and launched CRM and Mortgage onboarding software and analyzed data to influence business strategy.

Manorah then joined Scotiabank, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Lead, Business Analysis & Solutions, they led various projects. As a Senior Manager, Business Technology, Private Investment Counsel, they enhanced the online client platform and managed technology solutions. Lastly, as a Senior Product Owner/Manager, Online Wealth & Direct Investing, Client Experience, they played a key role in improving the client experience.

Currently, Manorah is working at Sunbit as the Head of Product, Platforms, where they oversee product management and contributes to improving the buying and selling experience.

Manorah Pais holds a BASc. with Honours in Industrial Engineering - Information Engineering from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Canadian Securities Course ® from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Scotiabank, Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, and UX Foundations: Accessibility from LinkedIn.
