Working in the construction and development industry since 2009, Nick Saraniecki has held various managerial positions in companies such as Barringer Construction and PCL Construction before joining SunCap Property Group as Vice President of Development & Construction. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Purdue University, Nick has overseen projects including Safeway Milk & Ice Cream, Cielo Seattle Apartments, Bravern Signature Residences, and Chief Joseph Fish Hatchery.
