Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy is currently serving as the Vice President of Construction at SunCap Property Group, where Sean oversees preconstruction and construction activities for the company's multifamily real estate development projects. Prior to SunCap, Sean worked as a Project Manager at Adolfson & Peterson Construction and as a Preconstruction Manager at Plaza Construction. With a background in Civil/Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Mason University, Sean has a strong foundation in construction management.
