Joshua Hubbard

Joshua Hubbard is an accomplished aviation professional and business leader with extensive experience in flight operations, strategic consulting, and media production. Currently serving as an Advisor at Sociometri since August 2025, Joshua supports strategy, investment, and customer growth for a platform focused on safety culture. As a Board Member at Enklere Utleie AS since January 2024, Joshua provides strategic guidance to enhance the company's positioning in real estate rentals. With over 5,000 flight hours, Joshua has been an Airline Pilot at Sunclass Airlines since November 2009 and held various leadership roles at Nordic Unmanned, including SVP Flight Operations. Joshua co-founded and led Twitchy Films as CEO from January 2015 to December 2023 and served as Principal Consultant at Elire MG, focusing on sustainable transport initiatives.
