Lene Nielsen

Lene Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Airline Digital Transformation Lead at Sunclass Airlines since October 2019, and has also held roles as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at the same company. Previously, Lene worked as a Business Analyst at Nordic Leisure Travel Group AB from September 2020 to January 2024, and served as Team Lead of Group Airline Operations IT Projects and Documentation at Thomas Cook Airlines Limited from February 2019 to October 2019. Lene's career began at Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia A/S from 1994 to 2019, where responsibilities included Project Manager, Duty Officer Operations Control Center CPH, Operations Officer, and Crew Rostering. Early in the career, Lene worked as an Air Hostess at DSØ and Conair Airlines, and as an Airguide with a combination of roles in tour representation and cabin crew at Spies dk. Lene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in English from Slagelse Handelshøjskole, completed in 1988.
