Elba Roldan

Elba Roldan is an experienced phlebotomist, currently employed at SunCoast Blood Bank since August 2019. Prior to this role, Elba worked as a phlebotomist and medical assistant at the Heart Attack Prevention Center from October 2016 to April 2019. Elba holds a certification from the Municipal Training Center Kings, where training was completed in 1999 in health services, allied health, and health sciences, including qualifications as a certified phlebotomist, medical assistant, and EKG technician.
