Amber Delarosa

Amber DeLaRosa, CUDE, serves as the Vice President of Internal Support Operations at Suncoast Credit Union, specializing in disputes, escalations, internal chatbot support, knowledge management, internal communication, and quality assurance since October 2021. In addition, Amber has held various roles at eXp Realty, including Director of Internal Support/Communication and Design, and Mortgage Servicing Manager, as well as working as a Realtor. Previous experience encompasses positions at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union as a Real Estate Loan Specialist, Loan Administration Coordinator, and Loan Administrator, along with a role as General Manager at Around the Clock Fitness. Amber received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Arts in Business Transfer from Black Hawk College.
