Kat Thornton

Kat Thornton is an experienced professional in the mortgage and underwriting field, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Production Analyst at Suncoast Credit Union since March 2023. Previously, Kat held various positions at Morgan Stanley as an AVP, HNW Underwriter, and at Better as a Remote Underwriting Team Lead and Remote Senior Mortgage Underwriter. Other notable roles include Corporate Underwriter at Bank of America Private Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as several underwriting positions at Bank of America. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Saint Leo University, completed in 2021.
