Melissa B. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Melissa started their career in 1997 at Capital One, where they worked in dispute resolution for seven years. In 2004, they transitioned to FIS as a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist for a year before moving on to Suncoast Credit Union in 2005. At Suncoast Credit Union, Melissa held various roles, including Senior Risk Investigations Manager, Risk Analytics Manager, and currently, they serve as the Director of Risk Management.
